Great experience! The team at Eye to Eye were professional, personable and very attentive. Everything from the initial enquiry through to getting my new glasses was a very positive experience. After sales customer service, for any adjustments etc. was dealt with on a " nothing is too much trouble" basis. This is a very customer focused company, competitively priced, which I would highly recommend.

Dipesh the owner was so kind to bend my shades free of charge even though I offered to pay him.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eye 2 Eye on short notice for my son, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. Dipesh, Sima, and Sarah were absolutely brilliant! Despite the last-minute appointment, the team made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

Sima was highly professional and thorough in her care, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Dipesh and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The team’s friendly and supportive approach truly made a stressful situation so much easier.

I would highly recommend Eye 2 Eye to anyone in need of excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!
